Integrated management system – one system for every standard

An integrated management system (IMS) brings quality, environment, occupational health and safety, energy and information security together in one system. IMScheck turns the shared requirements of these standards into concrete, assignable tasks – done once for all active standards.

BETALaunch phase: IMScheck PRO is free until Jan 1, 2027 – full version, full security.

How IMScheck supports your integrated management system

  • Activate standards individually: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and 27001 in one system.
  • Shared requirements such as policy, objectives, internal audit or the legal register are one task for all active standards – done once.
  • Every requirement becomes a task with sub-steps, an owner, an approver and practical tips.
  • Dashboard showing progress per standard, documents and evidence in one place, full audit trail.
  • The free maturity check sets your starting status and carries over when you move to PRO.

What is an integrated management system?

An IMS combines several management system standards – such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and 27001 – in one common structure. This works because all of them follow the same clause structure (the Harmonized Structure, formerly Annex SL): context, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement.

The benefit: shared requirements such as policy, objectives, internal audit or management review are handled once – not three times, once per standard.

Benefits of an IMS

Less duplicate work: context, policy, objectives, competence, control of documented information, internal audit, management review and improvement are covered once.

One view of all risks: quality, environment, safety, energy and information security are managed together instead of in silos.

More efficient audits: combined or integrated audits reduce the effort for internal audits and certification.

How IMScheck helps

IMScheck translates the requirements into tasks with sub-steps, owners and approvals. Documents (documented information) and evidence live in one place, and every change is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail.

A free maturity check shows your status per standard in minutes; the results can be imported straight into the work platform as your starting point. All data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt) – a clear advantage for organisations subject to the GDPR.

Frequently asked questions

Which standards can an integrated management system cover?
Commonly ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), ISO 50001 (energy) and ISO 27001 (information security). They share the same core structure and can therefore be run together.
What does an IMS actually save?
Shared requirements – context, policy, objectives, internal audit, management review – are handled once instead of several times, which noticeably reduces effort for maintenance and audits.
Where is the data stored?
With IMScheck, entirely in the EU (Frankfurt), which meets GDPR expectations on data residency.
